As each SOLÈNI piece is handmade, all purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review the product description, measurements, and materials carefully before placing your order.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are nonrefundable.

Care & Wear

Every SOLÈNI piece is handmade and should be handled with care.

To adjust the Signature Slider, press and hold the slider mechanism while gently guiding it along the beaded strand. The slider may feel firm at first and will move more smoothly after the first few uses. Never force the slider or pull the strands.

To Wear Down the Back

Off the body, gently move the Signature Slider down toward the two smaller beaded accents. Place the loop over your head and adjust the slider to rest comfortably at the base of your neck. Rotate the necklace, allowing the pendant to fall down the center of your back.
